A background in the top-tier coffee shop Ritual Coffee Roasters, a tour through fine dining establishments like Seattle’s Altura and Truckee’s Restaurant Trokay, and an education from The Culinary Institute of America equips us in a unique way to provide the Inland Northwest with an outstanding coffee catering service.
Our Product:
Dedication to delivering a high-quality product starts with a mobile espresso bar that was self-built from the ground up and ends with house-made products like chocolate ganache for our mochas and flavorings for lattes. We even roast our own coffee! Fulfilling a unique niche, our hope is to offer a positive influence to Spokane’s coffee and culinary culture. We appreciate the excellent products that our local sources provide us: tea from Revival Tea Company, and spices for our beverage flavorings from Spiceology. Our choice of ingredients, vast culinary experience and passion for great coffee culminate together in our commitment to providing you exceptional coffee catering tailored to your event.
